Luckily, we selected K-One for our kitchen remodeling. They hit all of the right notes as kitchen installers and their experience greatly assisting in our selection of the cabinet configuration. They were patient in our cabinet selection, their workers came when they were scheduled to and did fine work. Gordon, the owner, was always available to discuss whatever issue required some decision making and the end product speaks for itself. We were very happy to have worked with K-One.

When it comes to renovations, K-ONE FLOORS,INC. DEFINES IT!! K-ONE was truly a one stop shopping for us. We needed extensive renovations, a complete gut-out project of two apartments and a basement... After a difficult time finding a contractor, we accidentally ran into K-ONE and without question we hit the jack pot!! This is a family operated business ,a combination of EXCELLENT leadership (Mr. Gordon, sons and his wife Fatima) Fatima's interior design ideas were SUPERB!!... Leading there team, is crew chief Mario. Mario was supervising a great team of men. We nicknamed him "SUPER MARIO" because of his abilities..This men is AMAZING , HE IS TRULY A CRAFTSMAN AND PUTS OUT A TOP NOTCH PRODUCT!! We are very pleased with the quality of the work and would HIGHLY recommend K-ONE FLOORS ,INC. Thank you K=one and team.

We purchased a new home and wanted to renovate the kitchen. We went to K-One at the recommendation of a friend. Gordon took his time with us and went over the details of our kitchen and what we wanted and he also made suggestions which were very helpful. The cabinets are quality cabinets and very reasonably priced and they did not take long to arrive even though it was around the holidays. He was very professional and so was his staff. In addition to the cabinets we went back for carpeting. We had a carpet installed on our stairs and an area rug made for the master bedroom. Again, we were happy with how it looks and it came in a timely manner. Gordon arranged for the rug to be installed on the stairs and the person he sent over was very professional and did a good job. It’s about 10 months since the renovations have been fully completed. When you are doing renovations on a house it can get very frustrating so we were happy that everything we did with K-One went well and we are happy with what we bought. We would work with them again.

Gordon worked on the kitchen of our new apartment before we moved in. The previous owner hired him so I guess he felt he didn't need to do a professional job. He wired all of the kitchen appliances on a single circuit which causes the fuse to short out when the microwave is used. Definitely be careful using the company. When we contacted Gordon about this issue we received no reply whatsoever.
