Worse service and a Management that don't care about people or Lowe's. Assistant or Associate Manager Benson, needs another line of work. I decided against everyone to buy a washing machine from the branch on Avenue U, Brooklyn. 1st delivery was supposed to be her on Friday. They came and said the washing machine could not be delivered. They had enough space but I guess it was too much to bring a washer down a short stairs. I called Lowes and a manager said they would redeliver on Saturday. Saturday came and nothing was delivered. Not even a courtesy called was done. I called today and got Benson. After I explained the horrors I went through, no apology was offered. I told him I needed the machine today. Initially he told me all drivers were already dispatched for the day. I had to be stern and demand the delivery today. He then said he would look into it and call back . He called back to say that they would redeliver today . The delivery came but the delivery guys did not install the washer nor did they take away my old washer which I paid for. So now I have a new washing machine that is not hooked up and an old one. I called back for Benson only to be transferred to an area where the phone rang and the call was disconnected . This is ridiculous. This only happens in our area, people. We tolerate way too much. I will take this further..

Terrible experience. I would not recommend anyone shopping here. You better off going to home depot across the street from here. No customer service at all.

Has tremendous improvement over this last year. More employees have greetings and seem willing to proactively help the customer.

Very disorganized when it comes to fulfillment of online orders. Several times staff could not find an item from an online order. Even though an email was received that such item was ready for pickup. If they find your order the fulfillment process is a lot longer than if you go to the shelf yourself, get the item and go thru check out. Twice I had to go back to pick an item from online orders they could not find, even after receiving a phone call that item was ready for pickup. I wish they where as organized as the aisle in the store.
