@May Flower. I feel so terrible for you. TRY TO CONTACT ME. ILL HELP YOUR CASE. This man destroyed my floors destroyed my moldings destroyed my stair tread‘s. He used polyurethane that was so thin (paid for for coats) and it wore off within three months. I sued him in court and won a judgment. He actually made his company go bankrupt so he didn’t have to pay me. I cannot believe he’s going after you like this when he won’t even pay his own judgments and has his lawyer son reorganize his company so he doesn’t have to pay his own judgment. He is insane and lied throughout the entire trial. I’ve held back on poor reviews because I wanted to get my money and thought that would help my claim and not instigate him. Boy was I wrong. The judge was disgusted with his lies. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. IM STILL TRYING TO COLLECT MY MONEY.

I hired Pat Pellegrini to replace part of my floors and he measured the damaged parts and gave me a lower estimate than other companies and gave stories about high quality of his work so i hired him. I submitted the estimate to insurance company and they paid me accordingly. After pellegrini had replaced the woods and sanded it i noticed a huge dark mark in one area. I asked him what that was he said that is nothing it will go away after we put the poly. I had done my floors before and knew that cant be. I asked again and he said that is the marks from old floors that they have not replaced. I said but you were supposed to replace all damaged woods he said he had not measured that part!! He said since he has to bring extra wood i have to pay extra amount. I agreed to pay a little more but he gave me an estimate that was 3 times more per square ft than original pricing. he wanted $1200 for an area no more than 10 by 5 . I objected to the price and said i will pay the same amount per sq ft we had agreed all along. He replaced the wood and two weeks later there was a big area that woods were separated from each other. I asked him to come back and fix it he would not come back. He asked for full amount which was three times more per sq foot of his original estimate. i told him i will pay same price as original bill. He took me to court. His son is a lawyer so it didnt cost him anything. In the court he made so many lies i could not deal with any of it. I didnt have time and money to hire a lawyer. He won in the court with the help of his son. I have tried to negotiate and pay him for years he wants full amount of $1200 plus $3000 legal fees when his son represented him. He is a crooked man never came back to fix the floors and wants $4200 for an area no more than $10 x 5. do not go near this company he is a crooked man and he will push you around wont compromise because he has free lawyer standing by his side to go after you

this man is a cheat dont go near him his quality of work is horrible and he is a fake making promises and wont meet it he also gives you a price and keeps asking more after start of his work. if you dont pay more he stops the work half way and leaves your home in a terrible mess and put you in serious distress. you end up meeting his demand otherwise you have to leave with unfinished floors
