Had a great experience with R.H. Osborne's. I brought my wife to the store to get some ideas and as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Ray who asked us some questions and showed us some products we might be interested in. It was clear that Ray knew what he was talking about (unlike some kid at a big box store). Once we figured out what type of flooring we wanted, Ray showed us some in-stock product that would be less expensive than special ordered product. No high pressure sales tactics here! We left the store with some samples and an appointment for an estimator to come out and measure. I was impressed that the estimator, Darrin, was right on time and that he put on some shoe covers (without me asking) before coming in the house. Very professional and courteous! After the measurements were taken and our color was selected, Ray called me with an all-inclusive installed price that I thought was a good price and we agreed to have the work done. When an opening was available to have the installation done, Kelly called to schedule and was very friendly and accommodating to our requested dates. Even the installer (I didn't catch his name) showed up on time and was very friendly. Overall we couldn't be more pleased with our new floor and our experience with R.H. Osborne's.

A huge thank you to everyone at Osbornes. The Dream Weaver carpet we purchased and had installed is absolutely gorgeous. The installation was excellent. Very professional and courteous staff!
