Excellent work! True professionals! We contracted with DC to refinish our ~1700 sq ft oak floor. The work was completed exactly as planned, on-schedule and on-budget. The result is fantastic, like new. Very uniform throughout. Grain came out nicely. All corners and edges done perfectly. They used a dustless sander and there was no detectable dust on any surface.

Josh and his crew did a fantastic job on refinishing our hardwood floors in the kitchen. In just 3 days our floors went from marred and water-stained to looking like a showroom for a more than reasonable price. My only regret is we didn't work with DC years ago, and get to enjoy it longer!

Josh and Dave did a fantastic job installing hardwood flooring in my entire upstairs. They are reliable, highly skilled, and did a perfect job. I recommend D.C. Flooring without hesitation.

I wholeheartedly recommend DC Flooring and owner, Josh Drake. We had a beat-up wood floor that we wanted refinished in a light, whitewashed (pickled) finish that is common in Scandinavia where my spouse is from, but not so much here, yet. Another floor finishing company that we contacted turned down the job, fearing we would be dissatisfied with the results, but this person recommended Josh. Josh came and assessed the floor, and then shared samples of the finish on similar flooring, so we could see what to expect. The final product exceeded our expectations. Josh did a terrific job and we are really pleased. Josh finished ahead of schedule, and not a penny over his original estimate. I was traveling during the project, and I appreciated Josh sending photos of his progress. Josh has a lot of experience, and it shows. He is thoroughly professional a totally service minded. 5 stars.

The owner of DC Flooring, Josh, was very easy to work with and accommodating. He refinished the hardwood floors throughout my house, including the living room, dining room, stairs with 2 landings and 2 bedrooms. A huge snow storm did not slow him down. When I wasn't able to be at the house because I wasn't totally moved in, he shoveled my driveway and went right to work. I can tell he takes pride in his work, as he fixed things others would have just let slip by.
