To: Ithaca, NY Lowes Store Manager I want to thank your Service Manager, Renee Gehm, for her excellent customer service regarding my Troy Bilt lawnmower. She arranged for your delivery driver, Jeff, to visit my home and diagnose the issue with my lawnmower. Renee is a creative problem solver, and a valuable asset to your store staff. Thank you for her great customer service. Toni Cook

This Lowe's is very convenient, but often is missing items that you would expect to get at any home improvement store. In spite of being larger than the local home Depot, it seems like the stock at home Depot is more comprehensive. The pressure treated lumber at this Lowe's or far better than the PT at our local home Depot.

No one knew how to do anything ! Even when it came down to the simplest request ! What could have taken a half hour took 3 ! After finally making my purchase of a new tractor, i thought i was home free but however the loading of the tractor was a different story, my bfs truck bed is now all scratched up and so are the blades of the new tractor. Very disappointed

Was a little annoyed how the wood dept only had 2 staff on for a weekend. Had to wait 15 mins, I would assume they would have more staff on seeing how most people are off on the weekend working on projects at home n would need supplies. Once i received the help i was happy with my service.

Everyone has always been very helpful. As a handyman I frequently shop at Lowe's.
