Probably the worst service I have ever had.. got a rug installed and it was a mess from the beginning.. until now 8 months later.. when I had bought the great rug they advised to get... it sucks... 8 months old and looks horrible and the company will NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... nothing but a run around w this company. Advise anyone to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They don’t even deserve one star!!!! HORRID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Al Vaughters will be finding out about this company soon!!!!!!!!!!

Okay... Had a new floor installed right after Christmas last year. With in a month the strips between the rooms were loose and a tripping hazard. I called the store. After the 3rd promise to replace them I went into the sales floor. Was told someone would contact me within a week to come out. After the third try with this, the "owner" got involved. Okay for granted this time I had a family emergency and had to cancel. Again an other month went by' and a reschedule by the installers. The bill for the free replacement of 5 door way strips was $108.00. This is now 11 months later.
