I do not recommend. Built a new home, with lots of wood flooring. Flooring is cracked, raised and separated in some spots. When I complained they sent a subcontractor to review and made minor repairs. Apparently, he gets a flat fee and wasn't really interested in my issues. I was told to have my wood flooring needs to be stripped and restained, starting all over if I want it right. Kudos to the builder as they will be addressing my issues directly. Think twice before purchasing product from Custom Carpet.

Great experience! Sales staff and Installers were professional and friendly. Our basement carpet looks amazing. Thank you!

When we purchased flooring were told we can return un-opened cartons. Went to store to return 2 boxes. We're told no returns. They denied that they said that. Left angerery. Pam called and tried to make things right. Gave us a gift card and appologized. We are pleased they tried to make things right. Don't think I will go back.

Ordered a stair runner the first week of September 2016. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to be ordered, bounded and installed. The store sent 3 different people out to measure. 1 guy came out 2 separate occasions to measure. From there the first "installer" came out, stated he had to go back to the shop to cut the runner (which I had been told it was all set to be "installed" hence, "installer")... and he NEVER returned. The second "installer" was supposed to come out Saturday afternoon between 2-4. I received a text at 2:15 pm stating he was sorry and couldn't make it out, but that he would make our house the first stop on Sunday. I reached out Sunday at 1pm to see what was going on, NO RESPONSE. Finally a third "installer" came out to our home today and after starting the install told me that the carpet was cut 4 stairs short (thanksgiving is in 6 days)......... Not sure how this happens after everything we were put through.
