We had purchased a carpet and found out that the delivery would take longer than we thought. We went back to the store to find another carpet, and found a remnant. They easily refunded the difference and scheduled installation on the date requested. The installers did a great job. They were neat and cleaned up afterwards

I just had to take the time to write this about my amazing experience finding my new rug. I'd been searching for 5 years for the right carpet. The size of the showroom was incredible, the quality and selections were spot on and the saleswoman instrumental in helping me find exactly what I needed. I purchased the finest carpet I've ever owned. From start to finish I can't say enough about this establishment. I highly recommend.

I gave the salesman CAD drawings for the room in question and he gave us a price. They had their guy come measure, and then provided us with a price 50% higher. We already had the room painted and ready for carpet, so we proceeded with the project anyway. They "did us a favor" by telling us we could take up the carpet to save $40 and took $100 off the price. I removed the carpet myself and accidentally stepped on a nail and had to go to urgent care for a $250 bill at urgent care. We had to call at 8am on the day of install to get a time frame. They told us they would be there between 1 and 3pm. I took off work for the appointment. They didn't show up until 6:30pm and didn't finish till 8:30pm, leaving us the rest of the night to put the room back together. Factoring the $250 urgent care bill, the $200 over budget, and the wasted day of work, the amount of money wasted was more than the carpet to be installed. I would NEVER use them again.

Beware!! I had a carpet runner installed and told the installer I was not happy with the installation since he left large gaps on the sides between the runner and stairs. He swore the carpet would "fall" in a few weeks and would look like I wanted it to. I called a few weeks later since the large gaps remained and it was impossible to schedule a repair. Finally after being given the runaround, a manager came to my house to look at the runner and lectured me on how they do "high-end" installs all of the time and how mine was done "correctly". On another visit he tried to "repair" the runner by stapling the sides down to the stairs and it looked horrible so he refused to do anymore. He left and said he wouldn't help me anymore and I was stuck with the runner the way it was and to use cement glue to get the carpet to stay down. My brother had a runner installed by them and it looked great, stapled down on the sides and all. Luckily, another company was willing to come in and repair it the way it should have been done, stapled evenly and flat on the sides! Stay far away! Dishonest, rude, and not about helping the customer!!!!!!
