GREAT EXPERIENCE! I recently built a new home and had the pleasant experience of working with Kenny Carpet (Harry and Bill Kerr) to outfit the entire home. Our home needed carpet, hard wood flooring, and also a gym where they recommended a unique floor you would find in a professional workout facility. I am thankful that they were very easy to work with, Kenny Carpet had the carpet actually in the store so I wasn't always looking at small samples and trying to visualize, and the installation went perfectly. My family has been in the home now for a year and we have had no issues. Thank you Kenny Carpet and would gladly give a great reference for your hard work. We also liked working with a family owned businesses.

Bill, who seems to manage the business, helped me tremendously. My plan and situation changed a couple times and he was there with me along the way. My wife and I are extremely excited about our carpet, which I researched and found to be a top tier carpet. We bought it for a lot less than it was advertised elsewhere. Couldn't say enough about this place. Well done. I would recommend to anyone.

We had a great experience and prompt service. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for.

My wife and I recently purchased our third floor from Kenny Carpet in Geneva, NY. We are extremely happy with all of them, as well as the wonderful service that we have received. We will definitely go back to purchase our next floor for sure!

Put down wrong linoleum flooring. Will not surrender paperwork from original order date to confirm as such. Furthermore, they are not offering anything to ease the situation, or make it right with the customer.
