They have a great selection of products here. Recently I got nice cactuses for some of my coworkers here. They were in a nice container that had been in an owl shape, everyone loved them. It usually is easy to find someone to help you. The staff is always knowledgeable and willing to help.

Fridge blew in the night. Went to HD and bought an LG off the floor and 50%off. In and out in an hour. So easy, no stres. Men loaded it on truck. Husband hooked it up. Couldn't have been easier experience. Salesman was so helpful.

Good store overall. Staff is friendly and helpful. At times however it is hard to find someone to help when you need it.

The business itself is awesome. Now I was there for about 35min looking for stuff and about 10 employees pass by me & not 1 asked if I needed any help! That sucks.

The store has a pretty good selection, but like most large hardware stores, the staff can be hit or miss. Some staff are wonderful, others are impatient or not very knowledgeable. The worst thing that I've experience at this (and most hardware stores) is when staff refuse to say the words "I don't know". If I ask a question especially a more technical one, it's perfectly fine for an employee to say "I don't know", but what's not acceptable is for them guess or to waste my time telling me obvious things I already know. But that's certainly not unique to this store. Also, there seem to never be enough carts available for large items, and staff won't help you find one. That said, overall it's a great place to find what you need. There's also a bigger selection on the store's website which you can have shipped to the store for free, and if you sign up for the credit card you can get good coupons discounts.
