This store has the WORST delivery service on the planet. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE. First, apparently the "in stock" number on their website is meaningless. After I made my order, they called me to say the number 4 was incorrect, and they wouldn't be getting anymore in stock for a week. Then, when the day finally came for delivery, I called to confirm the delivery time, and they said it wasn't even in the system, but they'd get it out to me that afternoon. I missed work to wait all day, and they never showed up. Then, I heard nothing from them on Sunday. I called on Monday to find out when it was supposed to be delivered, and again they told me they couldn't find it. I finally told them I was through messing around, and I just wanted my money back. Josh was very rude, and said it would take 5 to 7 business days to refund my money. I suspect he has no intention to refund my money, so I that I will be forced to go into the store, wasting my time and energy, to demand my money back. Every other business in the 21st century can refund my money immediately, but Lowes takes 7 business days? They have quite literally stolen my money. They have taken money and not provided a product. For weeks. I advise extreme caution in in doing any business with them.

In a nutshell, Unless you know where everything is or have lots of time to kill, this store is so understaffed that I'd drive the extra distance for another store. I was there last Sunday (9-10-17) to get a variety of things for repairs. The store was incredibly understaffed. Other than the front checkout area, there were maybe 4 Lowe's people working all the aisles, and two of them were together in the lumber aisle. I actually had to go to the service counter to find out where the things I needed were and writing down the aisles. Finally after almost an hour of hit or miss finding things, I stumbled across a guy named Don in hardware. He was very apologetic and walked me to the last two items on my list. It's almost like the store is unmanned except for Don, a guy with a beard in lumber and a person at the paint counter. But there were several people at the cash registers ready to take my money.

Every staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly. .....and we didn't have to go far to find assistance! !
