Was shopping for bathroom vanity. Young associate was more than helpful. Guided me in choosing the vanity and hardware. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly!

Lowe's Kingston is a really great store to shop at. We've been to several different Lowe's and Kingston just is organized so well and it's a much larger store.

Worst incompetence I've ever witnessed. Not familiar with phone or internet usage. Don't waste your time. Zero stars

Was helped in plumbing department by a nice gentleman. Was helped in the garden department by a funny elderly gentleman. Check out... sigh.... there were 2 lanes opened. 13 and 14. The lady from 13 was too busy talking to the self- checkout girl to realize customers came, stood, and left her lane and then needed to go to Brad (I believe that was his name) lane. He was polite and professional even with the fact he as going double work.

All Lowe's stores are a nightmare for me. Never anyone to help and miles of aisles to walk up and down while you hunt. However they do seem to have a ton of stuff. This store is like all the rest, no better no worse.
