We have just had our master bathroom renovated by SE Kitchen and Bath. The job that Skip and his staff did is exceptional. From design to finished project, everything was done professionally and with a high level of craftsmanship. We highly recommend SE Kitchen and Bath for any renovations

Everything that could go wrong did, errors happen and they eventually handled most of the issues however when the problem was their craftsmanship they chose to ignore the situation rather than address it. We requested they handle it numerous times and were ignored. I honestly wasn’t even going to write a review but I don’t think it’s right that the owner and employees have rated the business here as if they were customers. So while you may see a bunch of 5 star reviews keep in mind 4 or 5 of them are from them.

To answer William Hansbury - He did everything he can to get another shower door because he didn't like the looks of the one installed. He never gave me a dime for the one installed he even called my secretary and a sales person all kinds of names. I believe he caused the leaks to get out of the deal. I recently found out he was able to get free sheetrock done in his house by firing his installer over one mistake. I also heard of other freebies he received. All We did was try to help him out and this is what we got. I should have seen this coming. My mistake for being kind We've installed shower doors for over 10 years and never had a complaint or a leak, always compliments. For Bolton Lake House - we never did a job at Bolton Lake House New Hampshire is to far away. Also, why would someone wait 3 Years to say something. If there was a problem in a job we did they could have made a phone call. It's funny, 10 years straight of 5 stars we all of a sudden receive a complaint.

Response to William Hansbury - He deliberately ripped us off. He did everything he could to get another shower door because he didn't like the looks of the one he picked out. We did everything we could to help him out and had never received a dime. We even gave him a great deal. We've been installing shower doors for over 10 years and never had a leak or a complaint except by this guy, whom I believe he caused the leaks to get out of the deal. We believe he wanted everything he could get for free. He even ripped off his drywall installer. Got most of the house done and fired him for cutting an outlet on one wall wrong, which can easily be repaired. I'm sure he also managed to get more freebies. He even had the nerve to call our secretary and one of our sales persons yelling and calling them names. We sold him tile and he kept changing it and making it out like we made the mistake so he can get something for free. This guy is one of the most despicable customers we ever have had. I do blame myself - I tried to help him and put up with this nonsense and believe it was my secretary who was making the mistakes until I actually found out that she was actually afraid of this guy, afraid of what he would do if she made a mistake and was afraid to tell me of what was going on. It's funny, 10 years straight of 5 stars and we had to run into someone like this.

We had our kitchen remodeled and were very impressed with the time and effort Skip took to design the perfect kitchen for us. The prices were very affordable I would highly recommend SE Kitchens & Baths.
