Matthew Genco manager of Henry James is wonderful. He completely resolved the issue I had with the carpet we purchased from him. I would highly recommend Henry James carpet. Very friendly and very accommodating. Thank you Matthew for all your help!!!

Disappointed with the quality of carpet. The carpet was purchased just two years ago. There are two adults, no children and no pets in the house. The carpet has path marks and shows wear already. The carpet we had we purchased from Henry James 15 years ago was the best carpet. We thought we would get the same quality so we went back to Henry James. Unfortunately, the 2 year old carpet looks like we have had it for 20 years.

Always great help in picking the right product for the right use; friendly and practical, and prices are great. Installers on my most recent project were efficient and quick and careful in moving our furniture back and forth. Wouldn't go to a Big Box if you can go to Big Chief!
