Went for plumbing supplies to re-route bath fixtures. Have basic knowledge and experience but still quite an amateur. The gentleman in the plumbing section (mustache and glasses) was incredibly helpful and quite more knowledgeable than your average staffer. Told him what I was doing, showed some simple photos and he gave good feedback and advice; even helped me pick out the parts I'd need. Thanks.

Service in the gardening department sucked. Waited 30 minutes for service and no one showed. The 1 person back there a cashier called 4 times for assistance. Finally went up front & asked for manager. Manager informed us that there were 6 people working in the department. Informed we NEVER saw any of them except 4 cashier.

Great early and late hours for contractors. Helpful staff, lots of buying options, but carefully, brands can be cheap. Store manager here is great!

Big box that is difficult to find things. I shop here often and staff rarely looks to assist you. They don't have anything uncommon.

I have been a Lowe's fan my whole life and I stopped by this Home Depot because it was on the way and I needed something quick but I ended up finding everything I needed to build my PVC pipe garden irrigation system for like $35. Everyone was really helpful and helping me understand what I needed and finding the right adhesives and tools. I also visited the home and garden center while I was there and ended up buying a couple of house plants. This was just overall a really great experience, they have good prices and excellent selection and I felt like their customer service was much better than I'm used to when visiting a major home improvement store.
