We just purchased our home almost 1 month ago. We chose CFO for our new rugs on 7/3. We picked out our rugs and installation date (7/12) during the estimate. On 7/11 we were told our rugs were on back order. But if we got a $300 more expensive carpet installed they could do that by 7/18 and this was our earliest option. Since we were waiting to move in until the rugs were completed, we chose to pay the $300. Carpets were not installed until today, 7/19. We had to call 3 different numbers to find out a time frame for our installation. They were 1.5 hours later than that. We were told 3 hours to install, they were there 7 hours, and did not clean up safely (We have a 2 year old), very sloppy rug clippings and wood and screws left laying around, and just left without talking to us or doing a final walkthru. One of the worst experiences!!! Save yourself the headache and chose a company that does their own work, and are professional.

Went down to order carpet with our measurements. They send a guy a week later to take their measurements. While the guy was measuring he asked if we wanted the lip from the stairs to the landing covered to make it look as if it was all one piece. I asked if it would be a problem and he said no, so I said okay go ahead and do it. The next day Eric calls all in a tiffy saying it would be $40 dollars more due to extra binding and that it could be 1/4 inch off no matter how hard they try to get it perfect and that it would also now be 2 day instal due to the xtra binding. I said okay no problem. A few days later they came to cut the carpet but the guy cutting said the first guys measurements were all wrong and he would have to take all new measurements. It was then I told him not to do the lip that Eric had called and was all in a tiffy about it so I said just skip it. Well it got installed without the lip and they obviously understood what I wanted because he did it without the lip , but Eric claims the carpet for the lip was sent regardless and we owe the $40 extra dollars. COMPLETE JERK, he wouldn't even listen to me when I wanted to talk to him to tell him I told (and its obvious it was understood) the second guy who came to to cut not to do the lip cause he had to remeasure anyways. But he wouldn't hear my side, so i got mad and called him an a^&%hole and he ended up hanging up on me. So we got ripped off. THANKS ERIC can't wait to send this to the better business bureau and spread it on social media cause its not over yet.
