If I could give no stars that would be my first choice. Deplorable store. Sold me a dryer which was delivered during a nor'easter. They left it in the driveway uncovered. It never heated properly and now the warranty that they sold to me won't honor a repair. I'm out the cost and it wasn't cheap as it's a large capacity. A bunch of typical corporate idiots running that place. WARNING..Go to Lowes instead.

I have been going to this home depot for many years, however lately I've found myself choosing Lowes instead because customer service and finding any help in general when you need it at the store suck. I have worked in construction for many years, and I could not recount how many times I have been given terrible uninformed advice by workers at the store, that have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. When you do need help with something half of the times the employee you ask has no idea of anything in given department, but instead of finding someone that works at that department, they just make something up to just have you go away. I have been given terrible advice on plumbing parts by some kid, and if I didn't know better, I would had installed incorrect parts in my house and caused thousands of dollars in water damage at my home, im talking basics , like you DON'T just connect plastic PVC fittings to your existing water lines in NY. The paint department is runned by workers that talk to homeowners like they know anything about painting and these poor people follow their bad advice, just yesterday i was at the paint counter and watched the employee tell an older couple painting their own rooms, that they needed to paint their bedroom walls with satin or semigloss paint and their ceilings with eggshell, that guy is clueless. They also convinced my mom to buy semigloss paint for her bedroom walls, that is someone that knows nothing about painting giving bad free advice

I visited this HD location at least once per week for the last 3 months, always a good experience. Nice staff. Clean store.

We order a Silestone countertop from this Home Depot. They outsourced it to Stone Works, a local Company. The quality of the job was terrible. They had to come out three time to get it right since they were working without a template. Wasted my time and money. Home Depot offered no discount or even an apology.
