Great staff and selection of product- Jordan is always on point and comes through for my company and clients- thank you!

Excellent experience with Jordan from Carpet Factory Outlet! Shortly after the purchase of my first home earlier this year, I walked into this store looking to get carpeting for a single small room that we weren't going to get much use out of. Although I approached Jordan with the premise that I wouldn't need much from a carpet store, he took the time to get to know the broader spectrum of my renovation projects, and ended up introducing me to products I didn't even know existed! For Jordan, my carpeting needs were a cinch. He got me set up with a high quality carpet at a competitive price, with prompt installation performed by an equally courteous team. After we got carpeting out of the way, Jordan showed me some alternatives to the tile flooring that I had in mind for the kitchen and bathroom for a rental unit. The product is amazing! Looks and installs like traditional tile, but will stand up to decades of rental abuse! Didn't know that such a product existed, but now I've got a great looking and nearly indestructible tile floor - for less than stone would have cost! It's anyone's guess as to how much I ended up saving over the long-term. Looking forward to doing business with this outfit in the future. A+
