This place is really hit or miss. I had one employee make fun of me to my face, I've had one or two others act miserably to me for no conceivable reason. Then, I've encountered others who have walked all around the store with me and helped me for twenty to thirty minutes at a time, just to see that I've found what I needed. The prices aren't a bargain, but they're not terrible, either. The store is so huge that if you don't know where to find something, you may actually end up walking a mile just trying to find it. I've never seen a directory on the wall, but they could use one here (like the ones at the mall). It's great when I can find something on my own, because, as I said, the staff is hit or miss. There's really nothing in between.

Was there last week and couldn't find what I needed(All purpose stone). I checked with staff but it seemed they were sold out. I was about to drive an extra 21 miles to the next location when Christine Downey decided to go the extra mile and check ONE LAST PLACE! She found it and saved the day! The rest of the staff I encountered were also friendly and helpful, even lending me a hand loading the materials into my truck! A+++!!! Thank you Krissie and co workers! You guys are awesome!!

Spent 26 minutes on hold. Actually drove to store and found that the item I needed. Attendant wasn't there nor was there anyone looking for it n I was still on hold .

Possibly one of the most pleasant shopping experiences around (as long as it's not summer when it is too crowded to even spot the employees) If you don't what or where to find whatever you need, the staff can sometimes be hard to find in the large store, or busy with other customers, but always helpful. The generic hardware/tools, as well as the store's own Husky line of products tend to be more expensive than competing stores, but choosing to queue in the extremely long Walmart lines would 5% on the same pliers.
