I got tons of help, staff was wonderful, they fit the huge rug in my ford fusion, but even if they couldn't they volunteered to tie it to the top of the car. Huge HUGE selection. Prices are reasonable and there is something for every budget, but if you want high quality you will pay for it. I told them when I walked in I was looking for something cheap for a basement. Since I foster stray dogs, it would be covered in muddy foot prints and... ehem, other things- I would probably throw it out in a year. Even knowing I was bargain basement shopping, I still got excellent helpful service. I ended up buying a lovely rug for my dining room, alas the basement is still bare. Oh- and if you find a pattern you like but need a different size, they may have it on hand, so make sure you ask.

very pleasant shopping experience. I was looking to have a runner installed on my stairs and the selection was fantastic. Another bonus was that they had area rugs that match the runners. Purchased an area rug with underpaid for the landing as well. when I arrived home I found tHe under pad had been cut to the wrong size and I ended up trimming it myself. If not for that, they would have gotten 5 stars. installation was scheduled two weeks out but the installers did a great job and were very conscientious. finally, I was expecting a price of over $1000. Image my surprise when the final cost for all was well under that. I will always go here first from now on, for any flooring needs.

Customer service sucked. The boss gave me a attitude for trying to do a return. I get that I was past the return deadline, however, he didn’t have to give me a attitude. I will never spend my money with someone like that.

I stopped in on a Sunday morning to find outdoor carpeting for the dock at my marina. The store was fairly busy when I arrived, but I was still greeted by an employee at the door who asked what I was looking for. When I told him, he told me the person who handles outdoor carpeting was with another customer and would be with me in a moment, but meanwhile, he took me to the section and began showing me the merchandise. He stayed with me until the lady from that section came. I told her the dimensions that I needed. It was too big for one cut, but she did the math, figured out another way I could do it, and gave me her diagram to use when I was ready to install it. I paid $200 for a 4'x21' area and a 15'x6' area, which seemed like a competitive price. The lady told be the guys in the back would cut it for me and to back up to the loading dock. They came out, jumped in the bed of my truck, and tied all of the carpeting down for me. The overall experience was phenomenal with regards to the service. The reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 stars are because they had a relatively small selection of outdoor carpeting, but I was still able to find a general color and type of carpeting that I was looking for. In fairness, I would imagine the limited selection is probably due to a lack of demand for it. Even though I specified what sizes I needed, they gave me standard sized cuts. It would've been a little better if they would cut it to your specs, since they have the equipment and it would take them 2 minutes. Instead, I spent a solid 5 hours at the marina trying to cut it all by hand and piece everything together. The service was great and the quality of the merchandise seems great so far as well.

They were very unprofessional. Some of the staff didn't know what they were doing. They had 4 people on the computer trying to help me out.
