Mike sanded and stained my floors in the house I purchased. The job was okay as there were many areas that didn't look as if it were sanded and stained properly. (SEE PICTURES) After paying mike almost $2500, I contacted him for touch ups. I needed touch ups from the initial job that he did and I wanted to add touch ups from scratches a contractor made. I sent mike an email on 02/19 and did not get a response. I sent him another email on 04/19 and did not get a response. I texted Mike with no response. I called Mike and he proceeded to send me to voicemail. I left a message. NO RESPONSE. See all pictures attached. If you don't want to come and do work for me that is fine, but you should fix the areas you did not cover. You should respond back. You should give the courtesy and at least say you're busy or you don't want to do the work. It's called courtesy. I will be going across all platforms with this same message. YELP, HUNTINGTON MOMS, BBB, and file a complaint in Hauppauge. I didn't think I was an issue as I never complained and payed promptly upon request. Reviews in this day an age is how someone picks their service before they hire. I hope this helps the next person. BUYER BEWARE

I used Dynomite Floors several years ago when I had my stairs and upstairs landing renovated. The wood stairs were very beat up from years of carpeting and staples. These guys did a terrific job of restoring the oak stair treads to beautiful condition. They also stained and finished my new wood railings and newel posts beautifully. That was about 6 years ago and the stairs are still in great shape with no wear. Fast forward to recently when I called Mike back to sand and refinish my living room and dining room. The one criticism is he did not offer an extensive palette of stain options but we found one that we loved so it worked out for us. The job came out beautiful. The customer service is always very good. All phone calls and texts are answered promptly and issues and concerns are taken care of. No one is perfect but for the price to quality ratio, I am very satisfied with Dynamite Floors and would use again

Just had them back to install laminate in a bedroom that was carpeted (they replaced a floor in my den 4 years ago when we moved in). Great job on both occasions, neat & reasonably priced.
