We bought a LG stove they said they would deliver it on Friday. Will they called us and told us it would be seven days before we get it. Wife was very upset. She told them that we will come and get are money back. They told us they would send out the floor model we ended up with a stove with dents. The delivery guys rub are new stove on the said of are front door jam which damage the oven door handle. We are not happy with Lowe's we will be shopping some where else.you guys don't deserve any stars. But I have to because I can't post my review.

Hands down, the worst Lowes I have ever shopped at. Long lines and wait times to do something as simple as checkout, managers that are never around to address concerns, a sales staff that runs the opposite direction when occasionally seen in their department. Absolutely unsatisfactory. If there were more choices in town on the weekends, I would frequent there more often. The customer service staff is often frazzled as they seem to be on the receiving end of customer complaints, but I must say they make an honest attempt to address the needs of customers, even though they are always short staffed. Management and corporate should take more of an interest in the inefficiency of this store as the word is undoubtedly out that the staff cares little about meeting the needs of customers. The only reason for this stores success is due to the hours in which that it is open. Outside of that, most people shop at local hardware stores in the area....in which I will be making more of an effort to in the future.

Store is poorly staffed and managed. During even moderately busy times if you can find a sales associate they often already have 2-3 customers waiting for their help. No less 2-3 checkouts open. Not the associates fault, most are very knowledgeable in their areas and want to help you. It's upper management not scheduling for customer traffic and thenselves not working peak customer times. After doing some research I found a $2,500 zero turn mower on their website. Went to Southern Pines, NC store and even though they had a dozen mower displays out front (many duplicates) they didn't have the zero turn out front. After going to the store 7 days in a row because of repeated promises that one would be assembled "next day" each time I finally gave up. Now another 7 days later (full 2 weeks) I again was in the store (we don't have a Home Depot in town) and heard a guy say he was waiting to get help with a zero turn mower. He waited 10 minutes for help, the sales associate acted like it was the first time he was hearing they didn't have one out front (even though it was the same mower he "helped" me try to find 5 days earlier). I told the customer good luck with that and how I waited 7 days. He, like me, was still trying to see and buy thev $2,500 mower 15 minutes later when I passed him again. A store that could care less about 2 customers and $5,000 in sales is a store really not trying to earn your business.

I've been trying for weeks to get 2 doors slabs and aluminum panic threshold to no success. I have never seen a worse Lowes home improvement store, most of the employees are inept. They don't know their jobs, yet they get paid to give empty promises. I will from now on shop at Home Depot in Fayetteville, even though it's 45 minutes away.

Well to those who shop here alot you know employees are busy and sometimes hard to find. Install Lowe's app on your phone so when you arrive you already know what isle your item is on. This is a big help when you are in a hurry.
