Ordered a surround for a shower. Had to stand in the store for two hours for them to figure out that it wasn't in stock, have it shipped from another store, and then they screwed up the payment process so we had to go through the whole process again. Next time I'll go to Home Depot.

It is very hard to get someone to load the items after i buy them. I can never get anyone to help me with wood when i am there. One good thing is that they never givea problem on returns.

Lowes always has reputable style and brand. I don't ever much have a reason to come in to Lowes. However, I wanted to see a product for a company I work for. It was interesting to see something I help make every day on the shelf. The store is huge and has anything you need and the employees are very friendly. This caliber of Lowes is very nice in a rural area as such.
