I have used this location as my primary provider of home repair and maintenance needs for over 11 years and for good reason. The staff in this store are truly dedicated to helping it's customers find what they need or want. Options are often offered for the particular project.

I’m giving five stars for their garden center alone. Every time I visit this location, the same woman is working outside and she is always very helpful. Yesterday, I wanted a product from the top shelf of the bunkers and she personally got a ladder to reach the product for me. Not sure if her name or it would be included.

It's disappointing to have great customer service from the staff who's assisting you locate the items you came in to it becoming diminshed at the check out area. One cashier greets her customer with the greeting of the day while the other seems upset you came in her line. One gentlemen asked about his military discount, without allowing him to finish, she interrupts and says "If you haven't registered, go to customer service, I can't help you". Although the statement may have been accurate, she failed to deliver it with tact and respect. I also don't like when you've purchased your items and you don't receive a "Thank you for shopping with us". Please Lowe's, ensure your cashiers know they are the last people we encounter before leaving your store. Make it count!

Always a great experience when I come here to the Skibo location. Except for today. Usually I go to the Raeford road store since it's a mile away, but they didn't have what I needed. Looked online and saw that the Skibo store had it in stock. Ordered for an in-store pickup. Made a couple stops along the way and then stopped in about an hour after ordering. The employee at the desk had my ticket but explained that they had not found the product yet. Ok, cool. I'll grab a hotdog and a coke while I wait (speaking of that, great hotdogs!! I need to review them!). I got bored and went into the garden center and found the item on my own in the location that it says on the website. Customer service verified that the order still had not been fulfilled. They closed out the order and I was on my way in less than a minute. I guess I don't need such fancy services such as In-store pickup ;)
