This was actually the first nice visit I had to Lowe's but I am going to give it one star. All of the team members were in a meeting with the exception of a few that were stationed at cash registers here and there. I am appalled at the way Lowe's takes care of their plants and flowers. Their solution is to throw them in the dumpster if they fail or put them on the reduced plant rack and hope that someone like me finds them. Who is Lowe's or anyone to discard life? Granted the plants that they throw away may not be in the best shape but I see them dispose of live plants and flowers every single day and as a Buddhist it makes me sick. Those plants are in the shape they are in because your minimum wage employees don't care enough to water all of them. The plants in the front and the ones most visible get the water. The ones in the back are left to die. Sort of like a life don't you think? Dear Lowe's, I will take every plant and flower that you discard and find a way to beautify someone's life or cause it to create food for someone who is hungry. The level of waste at your stores makes me want to vomit. Not shopping here anymore until you find a way to fix this disgrace. You paid me $250 to sit on a panel and give you my opinion of the way you run your stores. Apparently my opinion meant nothing because you did nothing to save the dying plants. I took that $250 and bought reduced plants from your death section. So perhaps a little bit of Justice was done. I took your own money and save your own plants. I run a school that has a summer camp. My summer campers will happily take in anything you sentenced to death. Please get in touch

Very good trip to Lowe's. Found the breakers for my Square D panels , 3" coaster wheels for a dolly, rec.covers and some 40 watt led bulbs for a ceiling fan, very bright. Salesman helped me find most of my goods in a very short period of time. So many things that I need U can find at Lowe's. I'll be back ! Need some 8' pvc fence for the backyard. And they wished me a Merry Christmas twice! Excellent customer service, excellent material and great price. See ya soon. Thanks a million!

Picked up a few things for around the house. Everyone friendly and helpful. They knew exactly what I needed and where it was located. Plenty of registers open so no waiting in line at checkout. Great place.

Had a disagreement with a cashier regarding a charge and she told me to never come back and shop there again. After remodeling my house and having my own business, I have spent over $40,000 at that store alone. I promise I will never return.

Clean, neat, wonderful staffing that knows their products, and how to do it. Stand behind their products. Have a "My lowes", card? Keeps your purchases online you can access it if u cant remember what paint color u used a year ago. This is a neat and handy tool not only for your planning, but income tax too.
