Good experience shopping here, well stocked. Exterior painting supplies were purchased for a complete exterior painting. The personnel were cordial and helpful. Ty.

Very bad customer service here on occasion, and tonight was one of those occasions. I actually just walked out of the store because the cashier at the pro desk couldn't be bothered to help me. In fact, I greeted her, she said "yes", and then just walked away without saying anything else to help someone else. After standing there for several minutes to see if she would said she would help me in a minute or something, she never did and I left to try and find help somewhere else. After not being able to find any associates who could have helped me, I decided to go somewhere else to purchase my items, she was just lounging in a chair kind of hidden out of sight behind a register, and she just watched me walk out of the building material area exit without as blinking an eye. Really disappointed I wasted my time going there tonight, and I will be speaking with a manager the next time I go there.

Confusion. Looking for a security system and realized every thing they offer online is not in stock. You have a choice of maybe 6 products then get a piece of paper and take it to the register..... Then you can access there website in the store unless you download there wifi..... REALLY.... I went back home!

Super friendly staff. Just came in for a gift card. Ended up spending about 30-45 minutes with my two year old son just following him around as he explored all the wonders of a huge store of tools and lights and paint. Every employee we walked by took time to say hello to him. Its the little things like that, which go beyond just trying to push a sell, that will have people coming back.
