Work all week and get to the weekend excited to do some yardwork and build a garden box so you go to Home Depot to buy what you need and get the timber cut to fit your vehicles come and be the proper size for your raised box on a Saturday and what does Home Depot do? They put a kids clinic right beside the only functional saw in the entire store. This store is massive, yet management is so incompetent that they take away a function needed by customers and don't even put a time limit on it. Supposed to be done at noon yet at 1215 some kids aren't close to being done. Any other row, or even the same row but 30 down the aisle works perfectly fine. That would make too much sense though. Home Depot needs to reevaluate their management when they can't do something so simple as to place kids away from the only working saw in the building on a Saturday.

This review is for the rental department, and in particular is for the manager who refused to address my concerns adequately. I rented a 100’ automatic feeding sewer auger earlier in the week. It didn’t work as well as the one we rent from the Jacksonville, NC branch. I rented the same unit again last night. It smelled horrible. Every unit I have ever rented from the Jacksonville or Wilmington branches were always disinfected and thoroughly cleaned. This unit was not cleaned and part of it came apart when 85’ of cable was down the sewer line. I had to manhandle the robo-dong to get it back onto the unit. FYI— the reason you rent an automatic auger is so you don’t have to touch the sewage. It took me an hour to retract the cable. The store refused to give me full credit back. Not pleased.

Sent my wife to get some quarter round so I could keep working on our flooring project. When she got there, there are no 8 ft sections available for purchase, and because the store was understaffed she had to cut the sections herself with a hand saw. I have never been in a home depot where that had to happen.

Nice wide aisles, good for people with disabilities. Clean. A better selection than lowes. Also, more parking than at lowes.

Helpful employees and they had everything I was looking for. Cleaning supplies, a new indoor trash can, wooden hangers and a shoe rack.
