We have used Crossroads flooring now twice in the last few years. Both times have been an amazing experience. The first time they re-vamped our salon by putting down gorgeous hardwoods throughtout and the second time was in our own home. We constantly get compliments on the way the salon floor looks. They are easy to clean an still look as wonderful as they did the day they put them down. Their crew was quick, efficient, and fantastic to work with. They only had a short amount of time to complete the job due to our business hours and they were done in plenty of time. The owners are friendly and efficient and do outstanding work. We will be Sure to call them for our every flooring need!

Bad business practice, multiple repairs on kitchen floor, reschedule my date several times. Once the arrived, Installer damaged my property with notifying me or the business he worked for. Wall puncture in my drywall, finger prints and dust all over my hardwood floors, very messy work. Had to call for rework on floor also Bubbles. No compensation at all just a SORRY. They may be cheaper but there is a reason for the cheap price. KEEP Looking somewhere else.
