A wonderful adventure to the hardware store. Nick helped me in purchasing sheet rock and materials, and Steve helped us order the door we needed custom made. Both stood out to me in going above and beyond with customer service and relations. It was a very busy day and yet they stopped and carefully helped our experience. Everyone there was helpful and educated in the departments they were needed. Definitely a Lowe's that will get repeated business from anyone who goes there.

I've been shopping here for almost 20 years for Home Improvement projects. The employees are helpful and friendly when you're looking for certain items. The prices are generally less than Home Depot plus if you have a Lowe's store card you get 5% off all purchases at checkout whereas Home Depot does not offer any kind of discount with their card.

I love this Lowe's!! I Only go to this location now...the crew here are Awesome!! I have been to the Lowe's on the other side of Garner about 6 times total and been treated poorly (or not helped at all) 5 times out of the 6.

I've always preferred Lowe's over the others. This one on 42 is good to go. Well organized, clean, stocked. Customer service can be slow or hard to find every now and then. But when you do get help, if you need it, there's always professionalism, know how and I figure Lowe's has their employees memorize the store, because they almost always know exactly where to send you, down to what side of the isle and what shelf you'll find it on.
