I would not recommend anyone to move into these rentals unless you are available to sit in the office from open to close! I know someone that has been approved over three months ago to move in but has yet to receive keys nor a move in date. There is only one manager in the office which is mind boggling to me who continues to "need" documents that she already has yet she isn't able to give me a guaranteed move in date. It appears to be a lack of communicate because she never knows what is going on or what the next steps are. I would be able to fully comprehend this inconvenience if it was on my behalf but it is not! The lack of structure in the office begins to make sense when of course you can't get in contact with anyone in the corporate office. I agree with another review and if I could give this place a 0 rating they would have earned it. I do not recommend anyone to consider these rentals unless you have time to waste. The individual that I know has chosen to speak with higher authority regarding this property. Lastly, I would probably be skeptical of any apartment complex being identified as a flooring contractor 😒

I have only been leasing about 4 months and have had a good experience of the property. I have encountered the property manager to be a strong manager who doesn't let alot of things happened to bring protection and security to the property that I am not used to. The lease is explanatory on what to expect when living on the property.

I have been at the horrible place for 3 years in my 3 years there I have seen 3 diffrent site manager's. The Owner's need to just sell this property or tear it down. The apartments have MOLD IN THE WINDOWS AND BATHROOMS. THERE NOTHING FOR THE KIDS TO DO ON THE PROPERTY. VERY HIGH TURN OVER PPL DON'T STAY LONG FOR MANY REASONS. I GAVE A 1 STAR BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY TO POST OTHERWISE IT WOULD HAVE A 0 RATING!!!!

Awful. The lady working in the front is rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. She threatened my 17-year-old daughter for knocking on the door and disturbing her.
