Terrible online ordering experience. I ordered multiple items online for a project I was working on. The reason I did this is because it takes a long time to find things in store. My order was promised to be fulfilled that same day and I intended to pick up the items on my way home from work. After four hours of not receiving confirmation that the order was ready, I called the store. Upon reaching customer service I learned there was “no one there to fulfill online orders.” If there was no one to pull these items from the shelves, my order should’ve never been allowed to be placed online, nor should it have been promised same day. I will be moving my online shopping elsewhere, which is the large majority of my shopping. This is unacceptable.

I love this Lowes! The workers are always extremely friendly and helpful. This store is well organized, clean and fully stocked. We have been here a lot recently and each experience has been great!

Opened in 1998, this Lowe's Home Improvement location is a premier destination for any do-it yourself project starting point. The settle is nestled off the beaten path semi-hidden with other retail and food establishments including a Target and a Cinemark (formerly Raleigh Grande) movie theater. A spacious garden center is one of the largest of Lowe's local stores. The error received a major renovation of its Appliances and Kitchen Cabinet departments in 2017. A veteran staff of friendly, knowledgeable associates are there to help people love where they live. Recommended for anyone in the area looking for inspiration of their next project, help in the challenge themselves, or having a professional installation from Lowe's certified installers.
