From the moment I walked in the door to pick out my carpet to the installation, the service was impeccable! Cheryl was so helpful in helping me choose my carpet, the guy who came to measure was so friendly and the installers, Chris and Louis were wonderful! They were so professional and such perfectionists, not to mention super friendly and enjoyable to have in my home! I highly recommend Brentwood carpets, oh and did I mention the great prices? I will definitely use them again for future flooring needs.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales team. Excellent selection and prices. Our new carpet looks and feels great! Installation was well done, seams look good. Only minor thing was a few more chips on the baseboards from the old carpet removal than I would have hoped for, but thankfully a little touchup paint fixed them.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Brentwood. Last year my husband and I used a major DIY store to buy and have carpet installed for our downstairs. I was not happy with the result. Buying carpet is such a major decision for a house and getting it wrong is such a disappointment. This time we decided to go to a smaller company dedicated to just carpet for our project upstairs. I worked with Holly. She helped me find the right carpet as we have animals and I wasn't sure about color. We are so happy with the result. It made such a difference to work with someone who took the time to really go over product selection. We love the result. The cost was a bit higher but the result was worth it.

Having Brentwood make some custom rugs for my new residence was a breeze from start to finish. Within very short order, someone came to take measurements and make suggestions, helped me choose carpet in the store, cut and stitched the rugs and matching pads and brought them to my house. The staff is professional and prices and quality are great. Highly recommend!

Have used Brent wood flooring twice. One time it was to replace a rug, the other time was to replace all of the rugs in my upstairs that my dog had destroyed! Both times staff were very helpful and helping me to find exactly what I needed and very flexible on helping me find a time to install. When the installers came to my house to do the job they were there on time, we're very professional, and fast, faster than I had ever expected due to the amount of damage that my dog had done to the upstairs. The prices are fair the job is done well and you get wonderful customer service with a follow-up call to make sure the job was done to your satisfaction. I would highly recommend to anyone needing new flooring of any kind to go to Brentwood. I will say that it's rare that I review places in general, but in this case when it was very hard for me to find somebody that I was comfortable with and trusted I went with Brentwood, and would definitely use them again! I just would like to help other people that are looking for a trusted company to use in the future by posting this review and to let you know that they follow through on the job that you are expecting to get. When you're putting out a lot of money for something you want it done well and hopefully quickly, well, this is the place to go to I'd give them 10 Stars if I could!
