We went to look at wood & "wood" flooring. Quite a selection & very easy to see what it looks like. Knowledgeable staff available to answer questions; which is unusual to have staff available && knowledgeable. [Sorry, Big Box stores, you just don't cut it in this area.] We will be purchasing our floor here & maybe some bathroom tile. :)

Mary was very helpful and knowledgeable. We found something we loved in record time. We also enjoyed the variety of tile and countertops. It's a fun place to hangout and dream about remodeling and decorating projects.

Purchased tile for a bathroom update: floor tile and subway tile for a shower. Very helpful staff from start to finish: helpful tips when selecting, calculating how much grout/mortar needed, and loading in the car when I came for pickup. (Tiles were all wrapped and on a pallet, but they hand loaded into the back of our SUV for us--much appreciated!) Drove from Durham to shop here, and would do it again.

I love this place for several reasons: no freight cost, every trend is in stock ,most displays anywhere,an actual in store professional installation guy “Fred “ who exchanged text photos/drawings/advice/directions on doin our shower. Normally box stores don’t give accurate info or even return your calls , Fred did. Lastly PRICING blew us away

This is a great store for selection and pricing. Also have an in-house professional (FRED)that patiently Guided me through everything I needed to do my shower and tips on how to do it. Not your typical big box store.
