My first time buying appliances was scary, I had try other places and they all gave me the same generic customer service. However, Luis in the appliance dept was extremely helpful when it came to helping me choose my new appliances. He was very knowledgeable about all the brands and very honest. His suggestion were tailor to my needs. It's nice to see people love what they do. will definitely come back

My visit today was a total disaster ,there wasn't a person with the expertise to assist me. When I visit often someone with knowledge of the product or service should be available. What I received today was far short of that. My suggestion would be hire employees that have experience in the area that they manage, and not fill the area with unqualified personnel

Great service Brian was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us but a washer they had it in stock and it will be delivered in 3 days. The other place had nothing in stock and it would have taken a week to get it. So thanks Lowe's for making it So easy!

Clean store with open isles. I love this specific lowes because when they put things on clearance they really mark them down.
