Let me start by saying this is usually my go to store! But the last few times it has not been and I only came today because I needed lumber. I have been going to Tractor Supply more often because I like it better. I care to get some lumber for a deck. First off, the lumber selection the last few times I’ve been have been bad. Bowed, knotty wood. Today I managed to find what I needed but it wasn’t what I wanted. I proceeded towards the checkout when a Lowe’s employee cuts me off in the aisle with his cart with one piece of wood as he was helping another customer. His partner comes to help and walks right in front me all slow like he has nothing to do. So I let him go on ahead of me and I keep my patience. Just about at the end of the aisle and he stops to select more wood. He then proceeds to push an empty cart in front of me so he can load the customers cart he’s helping. I have to walk around the other Lowe’s employee to move the cart out of my way while he watches. Customer service is lacking these days and it’s not just here but all around. Not very happy with my experience today!

This Lowes USED to be the place to go, over Home Depot - but not anymore! No customer service - NO trained employees - NO one who cares! Today was last straw! The paint dept needs serious help!! Qualified help! I've been painting for months & keep giving up & going to Home Depot. Today I tried again - wanted 2 paint samples. Stood there 5 minutes before 1 of the many employees acknowledged my presence. They still don't have the color card for 1 color (out for months). She looked it up & made samples. She printed labels AFTER mixing both & tried to figure out which was which - then just slapped labels on. Then she walked around talking & shaking them by hand. I asked if she was going to shake them in machine & she said no hand shaking was quicker. You could see it wasn't shaken properly, but they don't care. I left them & am in Home Depot parking lot typing this.

This Lowe's has the best employees. I hate going up and down aisles looking for what I need so I find someone who works there. They know what aisle to point you to and half the time they lead the way and make sure you get what you need.

Unsatisfactory. We just moved out to Greensboro and this Lowe’s became our home Lowe’s. The only good part about any experience I’ve had there was the help I receieved from the guy in the appliance department. Last week, I made a special note for delivery after 4:00pm. The delivery guys called the morning of the delivery date asking if they could drop it off early. I tried to return the call but voicemail was full. I then called the store and was transferred 5 different times before I could get the message relayed to anyone that I had the note made for after 4:00 because I would not be there until then. Who’d a thunk it? The delivery takes place around 5. The washer/dryer arrived covered in soot and dirt with some marks I had to polish off. The moving staff seemed “thrown off” at best. The exhaust duct that had to be purchased seperately was left out of our delivery. Luckily, the movers had a spare one in the truck. When I called the store to tell them about the duct I was transferred to hold about 5 more times. When I finally got to a manager, I was put on hold yet again until I got tired of waiting and hung up. I’ll be visiting the store later to share this phenomenal story with the managers. So far, 90% of everyone in the store is clueless while on the clock. I will be driving out of my way to visit a different Lowe’s.
