The man is an honest craftsman. From the first phone call to the last check, we could not have asked for a better team to work with. He was always there when he said he would be and worked hard until he left. We received several excellent tips from him...all of which we implemented. They installed hardwood floors in 7 rooms and rebuilt the staircase...all beautifully matched to the existing hardwoods. A spectacular feat. He is a Master of his trade. I am proud to give them the very highest recommendation.

I have used Stephens Hardwood Flooring in my own home, an investment property, as well as referred to many clients through my real estate business for almost a decade. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. There is no flooring job big or small I wouldnâ€™t recommend them for! They are truly the best of the best in my opinion.

I found Stephen through Thumbtack. He did my living room and a year later got all my rooms done. Excellent - both his quality of work and the finished product. I have recommended him to my neighbor who got their floors done as well.

Steven and Jennifer are amazing. True master craftsmen. I am a solid perfectionist and I can truly say that the job they did on our home was perfect. They are honest hard working master craftsmen. They will only tell you the truth about your job and some times thatâ€™s not what people want to hear. However what they promise and quote you they will provide and most likely it will be far above what you had Envisioned. These guys are perfectionist while being extremely skilled in the flooring business they offer. You will be hard pressed to find anyone who can come close to providing this high level of expert installation or finish work at any price. The huge difference here is they are just plain real people who truly are masters at this line of work. I can not recommend anyone else remotely near this Triad area more than these two. We interviewed just about every one in the Triad area prior to awarding our home to Stevens Flooring and in my honest option there was no one even close that could have given us the quality job that Steven did. They know their stuff and you can bank on any job they set their hands to too be one of perfection. Something that should also be noted is our job was an extremely challenging one with arch and borders. If you are reading this and trying decide whether to use Steven and Jenniferâ€™s service or someone elseâ€™s; plz do ur self a favor you will never regret and ask them when they can start on ur job. Youâ€™ll love it! I promise. Take it from a perfectionist who is actually happy with someone hired to do a job for the first time in my life. These guys ARE GOOD and you canâ€™t go wrong if you choose them. Plz come look at our home. Itâ€™s a true master piece! Thank you Jennifer and Steven. You guys are the BEST!!! A very satisfied perfectionist and thatâ€™s an oximoron isnâ€™t it? But it is so!ðŸ‘ðŸ‘ŒðŸ¤™
