Always love visiting Lowe's. Hubby and I there today. We bought a staple gun and it was in one of those hard plastic packages. As my hubby was taking it out of cart. It cut his finger. We are so glad it wasn't really bad. But cashier called the manager over and told him what happened and he kindly gave us 15 percent off of staple gun. He really did not have to do that considering it wasn't Lowe's fault but it was the packaging department from the company it was from. It takes a act of Congress to get it open especially if you are somewhere and don't have scissors. Some of you companies that package your item in these hard plastic packages. Please find a safer way to package your product. Overall for Lowe's. We love you !!!!!!

If you know what tools youâ€™re looking for this will be a good location for you. I think Loweâ€™s is good for Veteran business contractors because you could get 5% off for using their Credit Card and a 5% veteran discount. But for the average consumer Iâ€™m less than impressed with customer service, especially when comparing to Loweâ€™s competitors. For generic home tools you can get what you need but if you try and get basic installation of an appliance you get passed onto their 3rd party vendors whom do a below average job. Do yourself a favor and ask your realitor for an installer, itâ€™ll save you time, money and hassle.

Horrible service from Amanda in the kitchen/cabinet department. My husband and I decided to go through Lowe's for our granite countertops. Amanda the sale representative placed our order wrong! The outside contractor did not install our 4 inch granite backsplash because she failed to document it on our order. Amanda also failed to inform us that the sink we decided to purchase did not include a faucet! The plumber that Lowe's provided could not start his job because a faucet was not provided. At this point our household had been without a workable kitchen for a week! Instead of us waiting another day for the plumber to come back out and start his job! My husband and I decided to go with another plumber we knew that could finish the job the same day and Lowe's still charged us for the plumber that came out and did Nothing! We will never have Lowe's install anything in our house again and we will not be referring customer as well! Horrible!

Went in to price appliances and other items for my home. I was in this location for 2 hours and only after about an hour and a half did I get asked if I needed any help. Al was the gentleman's name and he was very friendly. He was not in a rush to help nor did he push me to look at certain items. He was also very knowledgable about all products we spoke about. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be returning.
