Helpful and professional staff, wide selection of products, and a full nursery with all your backyard needs. The only downside is the location's entrance which is a nuisance to the traffic flow on Battleground. The city should have them make an alternative entrance and exit that does not impede the normal flow of traffic.

First off the customer service desk is unhelpful and the two girls that work the desk is rude and just not the brightest of the bunch. Does it kill them to put on a smile and say ‘hey, how can I help you?’? You work in customer service for god sake. No these girls just looks like they don’t want to be there and their attitude and their face looks like I just kill their whole family. I come in there to make payments on multiple business accounts and they ask all the unnecessary questions. On top of that, Lowe’s have so many different types of credit accounts if you check one place and the account not showing up check another. Why check the same place over and over? How can you not even know the basic common sense thing ? Didn’t you get train before you start working? I have never had any problems at other Lowe’s location just this one. Every single time!!! If I can put negative star I would!!

Two rovers helped with my purchases and the checkout clerk was very pleasant. Found what I was looking for, two items, each in a different location, out in 10 minutes.

Recently purchased blinds at Lowe's and everything was great! They measured for me then installed after they came in. Thank you!

If you are going shopping for outdoor plants or indoor ones for that matter look somewhere else. Most were diseased, dying and extremely over priced. If you need Assistance or help, be prepared to have at least an hour wait. This store has been going downhill for awhile now. Sorry to say.
