Warning! Do not use any of Lowe's installment services. We ordered a white vinly privacy fence back in January of this year. They didn't finish installing until March. We wanted to to go around the perimeter of our back yard and have one drive gate and a walk in gate. I requested that there be latches on the inside so that I could lock it from the inside. The guy that came out to measure our fence apparently measured it incorrectly because it sits about 3 feet away from the property line on the left side and even more on the back side. Found out a few weeks ago that my drive gate doesn't open on one side and Lowe's is trying to say that it's the slopes fault beside my house. I was told yesterday that they could move the gate over about 8-10 inches but it still wouldn't open. If the whole fence was about 3 feet closer to the property line like it should be then I'm pretty sure my gate would be on flat ground. They left 3 fence posts and a pile of panels in my back yard. I also forgot to mention that my gates swing the wrong way and the latches are on the outside so I literally have to walk through my house and around the front to unlock them every time I mow. I've filed several corporate complaints throughout the whole process of this fence install and one was about lack of communication. I'm never told when anyone is coming out unless it's like an hour before. My phone calls never get returned. They even let my wife sign off on the completion of the fence and she's not even on my account! Do not do business with Lowe's!

Went there and didn't realize they closed at 9 no announcement or anything. Employee was paying all the riding lawn mowers in and blocked us in the lighting section and we had to move around. He even looked up at one point and didn't say anything about closing. We had to literally push a riding lawn mower out of the way to leave. Great service.. Never acknowledged. There were also several other customer's in the store too.

We have been working on a house renovation project recently and have made several trips to this Lowe's home improvement. The staff has always been more than happy to help and have even taken time to lead me to items that I could not seem to locate. Definitely a great experience.

Seems like a social hangout for employees. They talk, joke, hangout, but are never available to help you. It's fun to lay on the floor and dig through warped boards in an effort to find 3 straight ones, then load it up, wait in a ridiculously long line to be overcharged for it, then, you get to fight the lumber again as you load it in your truck. I forgot to mention that you get to tour the store trying to get to a register since the only 2 employees that actually work have the isles blocked. Lots of fun.....if you love more of the same corporate abuse that seems to be standard today.

Great place for just about anything related to home ownership. Fair pricing but just about anything you want.
