Aqua No-More® Coatings

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 6 months after hiring him we are still battling to get our money refunded. We recently opened a restaurant and purchased the Aqua No More flooring product as our flooring option. The flooring was severely misrepresented as durable, waterproof and easy to clean. Not only was the quality of the product falsified but so was the time frame, delaying the progress of our contractor, costing us in time and money. His overall character and professionalism caused an abundant amount of unnecessary stress. We are now having to spend more money to get the floors grinded off and resealed. He was very unprofessional and unreliable to work with. He would show up weeks later than agreed upon and could never be reached. He was rude and condescending, deliberating in complete denial of previously held conversations and scheduling. He was fired after he finished the kitchen floor and before starting on the bar floor due to his constant delays, lack of communication and offensive demeanor. In less than a week the floors were peeling up, chipping off in large chunks in the main egresses, behind the kitchen equipment and underneath the sinks. By the following week it was chipping up everywhere. The walkways that have a gritted texture cannot be fully cleaned, leaving permanent dirty oil marks. The areas that are not in the walkway are not gritted and become incredibly slick to walk on, even in our slip resistant footwear, posing a liability to us. It takes at least an hour to clean the floors alone, and they don't appear clean afterwards. This is costing us money in daily labor costs. Not only does it make our otherwise pristine kitchen look very dirty, but it will surely be flagged by the health department as a health code violation. When we asked for our money back, he said we were 'bullying" him. We have verification from the equipment supplier that Andre confirmed the floors were completed. We have spoken to other chefs who have employed him and have the same flooring issues and have dealt with his bizarre personality. AVOID this company at all cost!! Save yourself the immense nightmare that he has put us through.

After less than a year, concrete coating applied by Aqua No More has cracked and is peeling off. As requested, forwarded pics. but no reply.
