I was about to write an upset and frustrated review but Bill from Appliances made all the difference. I ordered the compact Bosch washer and dryer and on the website it clearly states that they are three pronged units. I even took a pic of my outlet and brought it in to make sure it would work. Unfortunately, when they were delivered they were actually 4 prong. The guys left the washer and dryer and seemed to set them up as best they could. Told me all I had to do was hire an electrician to change out the outlet and then I could plug them in and go. Well that was Friday so I had to wait over the weekend. Monday outlet was changed. That evening I went to start a load and realize they connected my washer up to the water valves and left them in the off position and there was no way for me to turn them on because the plastic connectors (I don’t know what they are called) were too thick and wouldn’t let me turn the water on. So I had to call Lowe’s that evening to get help. And that’s when Bill answered. He let me know the next couple days of deliveries were totally booked but he would see if they could stop by and fix it. Next day came and he couldn’t get anyone to come to me. So he waited till his shift was over and stopped by after work! He brought some extension piping to make it easier for me to turn my water on/off when needed. We also discovered the delivery guys didn’t take off the transit bolts (which is a huge deal, I could have ruined my brand new washing machine) so he took them off for me and went over both machines to make sure all was hooked up correctly and gave me a quick run down of the best way to take care of my new washer and dryer. I am so grateful for Bill. He was so nice and understanding even when I was getting frustrated. Lowe’s is lucky to have an employee like him. And honestly, everyone else that I interacted with were very kind. The situation was just frustrating.

Don't buy anything online. Store prices are so much different. Its crazy. Home depot actually will list their sale price, but not Lowe's. Seriously, a 300$ faucet on sale for 199$ is something to list. I would rather check it out online at home, see what I want to get, then go to the store. Not make multiple stops with my young kids. So, HELLO home depot, I'll miss you Lowe's.

Usually better than home depot as far as selection, but rarely can you find someone to help you, and even rarer is someone available that knows much about building, materials, home improvement, or even location of items. Tonight, found a very dangerous uncovered and unprotected fluorescent light fixture placed *directly* where long, heavy melamine shelving. Unable to find anyone to tell this to. Appears to be a dangerous accident waiting to happen. Hopefully if it does, the person showered with toxic glass shards isn't looking up.

It's only a Lowes,maybe it the south,but the salesman who sold me the dryer and washer was fantastic.Explaining operation and answering questions.Feel he went above and beyond.
