Had a great experience at the store today, Tonya in Mill works was extremely helpful with a French door project that has been months in the making and she has been Uber patient. Rachel at customer service was fantastic handling our very complicated sale. Love this store.

We are remodeling our kitchen and we're on a budget so we went with the Diamond Now in stock cabinets. One of the ones we wanted was a special order product and when it was delivered it was busted beyond fixing. When I called to get a replacement ordered I was told it would be 3-7 days. We are currently sitting on day 10 and still no sign of a cabinet, and my renovation is being held up. No cabinet = no counters. No counters = no backsplash. We also went to pick out new light fixtures and the shelves were almost bare. The staff has always been cordial and helpful, I just wish they kept more in stock.

Horrible experience. We planned to purchase carpet with Lowe’s and were told they would match 15% off that Home Depot was offering. In addition if we opened a Lowe’s card, we would get another 5% off..making a 20% discount. AFTER opening the credit card, we were told that the 5% doesn’t kick in until the next purchase. I told her that the whole reason we are opening a card is for the discount and we wanted to close the card, because we were misinformed of the offer. The lady at customer service was INCREDIBLY rude, slamming things around and making me feel really bad for wanting to close it. It was almost a 500 dollar difference in price and she acted like I was crazy for being frustrated with the difference. I’ve had a number of bad experiences here. Do not recommend.

i was looking for hand trimers. A Lowe's employee was walking by & he explained the difference between the hand trims on display. i made my choice & was out in the garden dept when this same employee came to tell me what i had chosen was on sale & to make sure it rung up as such. Very nice.

Their inventory controls suck. They are out of the most basic items and usually for weeks at a time. 15 Amp QO breakers 0. Home Depot had over 13 on the shelf! Lame!
