The BEST experience I have ever had at Lowe's! Greg in the appliance department was so knowledgeable about each and every appliance I was thinking of purchasing and steered me in the right direction towards what I wanted. The delivery guys, Jason and William, were on time, professional, and super helpful with the install. Cannot say enough good things about these three men! They're keepers for sure!

Environment is always friendly and helpful. Website definitely not updated regularly with what they have in stock, went for a 12,000BTU air conditioner @ $359.99 and they only had an 11,600BTU for $379.99. Odd number to have, but none the less it was still enjoyable.

Fair prices. However I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was. I didn't see much help around.

Hate to give this store a 1-star review because everyone with the exception of the appliance department was kind and helpful. However standing in a group and refusing to help until we have to go up and ask is bad enough. Even worse is the dismissive attitude. When asked for dimensions of a washer and dryer, we were told "I don't have that information in my head, it's on our website.". And then he walked away. Totally unacceptable behavior that I'm sure is costing this store money. I'll take mine elsewhere.

Always easy to find what I'm looking for. helpful people can be found when I need advice. store has displays that always leave me thinking.....hmmmmm I could do that.
