1. We had to order a handle and lock for our sliding glass door. When it arrived it was a handle only - no lock. When I returned it no one apologized or asked any details about what happened. We ended up ordering the correct one online ourselves at Amazon. 2. We purchased a kitchen sink and faucet and paid for the installation. We didn't hear from the installer for over a week, and when we called them they said they never received any paperwork from Lowes. This put our project much later than we planned. There is a communication problem and a general customer service issue at this Lowe's that will send us elsewhere for future home improvements!

Lacking in the number of employees to help assist customers! But had fair prices, good materials, fair to work with and it makes it easy to find what your looking for.

Horrible, horrible horrible!! We've been shopping at Lowe's for years, and then we moved to Hendersonville. We went in to buy a new washer and we were told it would be a week before it could be delivered. The guy even said "I'm not sure why it'll take that long; we have a ton of them back there." The delivery day came with no word on a delivery window. We called the store ourselves and were told it would be "around noon." By 3:30 we hadn't gotten any word so I called the general Lowe's customer service number. The guy had me on hold for about 20-25 minutes. Finally he said he had had trouble getting through to the store and that there was trouble with the flatbed (???) truck and there might also be an issue with product availability. He told me all I could do was call the store myself. We had already tried that but the customer service number just rang and rang. I called the store and punched in the extension for appliances. The guy assured me I WOULD get through to someone, yet when he transferred me it rang and rang for about 10 minutes, then I was disconnected. I called back and punched in another extension. I got to customer service and told the woman all I had been through. She then told me my delivery date was a MONTH away. She said the Hendersonville store is "very busy" and sometimes deliveries get backed up. I told her I just moved here from Atlanta so she could stop talking to me about busy stores and solve my problem. I told her a delivery a month away was completely unsatisfactory for a washer that was in stock. She let me speak with her manager. I told him the ENTIRE story again - about being told it would be here at noon, then that there was a problem with the flatbed truck, then there was a problem with availability, etc. He checked on it for me and told me the washer was in the back packed up and ready to go. I'm supposed to get it before noon tomorrow. I told him that if I didn't have it by noon tomorrow I was canceling the order. All of this took about 2 hours from my day. He did compensate me for the trouble, which is the only reason I gave them one star.

Good store, hard to find someone who will offer to help but if you hunt them down and ask for assistance you will get it....although sometimes reluctantly.

Went to Lowe's needing a little advice on a little project, walked around the store twice gathering a few things I would need, not one time did anyone ask if I need any help. I gave up and went to home depot.
