Very well educated on flooring ideas of what u want in ur home and for the cost very reasonable also, the contractor they have to do the work for the customer done a superb job and for the size my floor “didn’t take long!”

I recently had my entire first floor redone with engineered bamboo. The guys in the store answered my MANY questions and kept me informed on each step of this process. Joel and his crew did a fantastic job! They came in with a good quote and did great work (got there at 8am and were done by 3pm having only taken a lunch break). The detail they put into the finishing touches completely impressed me! Not only did they clean up everything afterwards but they asked me for clarification on any design questions as they were installing the floor. They also were originally planning on taking up the vinyl floor in my living room but were able to install the floor on top. Since I had already paid for the labor on the vinyl removal, Joel immediately submitted a refund. I only had to ask once! No hassle! I HIGHLY recommend them.

Working with Trevor White has been a pleasure. He's a busy installer but gets the job done. He communicated with me and kept me up to date on any delays or changes. He customized a threshold for our sun room and it is beautiful. He really pays attention to detail. My initial meeting with him was when he came to measure for the job. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and made good recommendations for us to consider. That is why are satisfied customers. LL staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered our questions and explained their process. We are satisfied with their services and willingness to work with us during our purchasing process because we had unforeseen circumstances and they were accommodating.

This is the worst experience we have ever had with this company they hire the most unprofessional unexperience contractors. We purchased in December 2016 from this store in Greenville NC Bellawood Matte Brazilian chestnut 3/4" x 5" hardwood flooring. We went with their recommendation of the glue down Technique we have concrete floors. The only reason why I gave this store one star is because otherwise I couldn't post a review I give this store zero stars. We did some of the prep work ourselves and finally decided to hire them for installation someone came looked at the floor measure and gave us an estimate. Customer service told us it would only take one day whatever needed leveling they were going to level whatever needed to be grind down they were going to grind down they were going to send a five guy crew and it would only take one day . Recently they gave us a date July 5th 2017 mid-morning we got a call and two men showed up my husband let them in they started to do some trimming some sweeping and before he notice one of them started to lay down the adhesive and putting down one of the pieces of hardwood. My husband noticed first that he was using the wrong trout size he started right in front of the entrance door using a wall that's part of a hallway as soon as you walk in that's not straight as a guide. He told the men to stop so the worker took the adhesive that was already on the concrete floor and started to put it all back in the one gallon bucket of adhesive, right away he called their boss and send them home. They left and didn't even clean up their mess. I cannot begin to tell you with words how disappointed and upset we are with Lumber Liquidators for hiring the most unexperience unprofessional contractors if you're thinking about hiring them for you installation please do not do that.
