So happy! I went into Lowe's tonight for a nut and didn't bring the screw with me. The guy in the hardware department picked out a wing-nut based on my description of the screw size and it actually fits! He saved me a trip back to the store. Awesome! Super nice guy too.

I got some parts to mount some paneling overhead, as well a fan. Got everything fast and rasy. I wish the work to do the project was ad effortless.

I had a real nightmare experience trying to get a washer and dryer from best buy when they hooked it up they almost caused a fire (geek squad lol) crossed the wires and left burn marks on the units. After a month of failing to deliver a replacement I got my money back. I came to this lowe's and they price matched best buy and gave me a next day delivery. Christian got it all done in 15 mins and I was in and out. wow that is amazing compared to best buy. Never shop best buy!!!

Sorriest customer service ever in lawn and garden. Had to sit outside 30 minutes to get pineatraw and wheat straw loaded. When a young man finally comes out, he loads the pine straw then says sorry no key to straw trailer. I will go get someone. Another 15 minutes later still noone. So i call inside. The lady hangs up on me. Wtheck!! Not to mention the entire time hes loading hes complaining how he was supposed to be off 15 min earlier and noone is scheduled and he should be leaving not loading something. He then comes back out 15 min later to load pine straw for someone else and says sorry havent had time to ask about a key. This is absolutely ridicilious for a Lowes and an employee.

I go here because it's the closest place to go for most of what we need. It's alright. Every now & then associates will walk away if you look like you need some help. I've never encountered one that willingly helps without you asking. However, when you do ask for the most part they are pleasant and helpful.
