I'm not marking them lower than perfect because of Any fault that can be approved improved upon by the store location specifically. The corporations product line on the whole is 2 Broad now to find anything without staying in the store at least 30 minutes to an hour. But if you have the time to burn, you'll find some great stuff!

Bought a refrigerator. When they came to deliver it, I tried to explain to them that the old one needed to be brought out first. They told me they had it.. So they brought the new one in, then told us they were not going to remove the old one. By this time they had the old one trapped inside. When we paid at the store, we specifically asked if they were going to remove the old one and they told us absolutely no problem. We called the store and told them that if they did not honor what they said that they would be refunding us and coming back for the refrigerator.

My fiancee was in there today and approached a associate and ask him a question and he got rude with her and wouldn't help her out at all. I won't be going in there again. They need to train their staff on better customer service skills.

We live on the other end of Gastonia NC. And Wish that they had a Lowe's for us that was closer. Looking for paint today and the lady in the paint Department. Was very helpful and saved me a good bit of money.
