I ordered carpet with Home Depot and customer service was excellent. Then came Romanoff Renovation to install. A representative came to measure and gave me a leaflet on how to prepare for installation...received a call to schedule and I made it very clear the only day I would be able to have carpet installed and appointment was scheduled. The day before I did everything on the list for preparation and more...morning of installation at 10 am I received a call from Romanoff that carpet would not be installed that day. A day wasted and had to change all plans for that week to be available for installation...Your time is not as important as theirs.

We bought carpet from home Depot and romanoff installed our carpet. It took a month to come but, two very nice guys came ,we noticed a section that was coming apart at seams ,we called , a couple times and Jeff came looked at it and they came back a month later and replaced new carpet and it looks great! Very happy with the results.

I was so concerned after reading all of the reviews about Romanoff's that I mentioned it to a Home Depot employee before the installation. I couldn't have been more wrong. Romanoff's sent an email confirming the install date and a reminder the day before. I received a call a few days out from the installer, Tony Dedivanovic, offering to come a few days early. I would have loved that, except our delivery of flooring wasn't until two days later. Tony texted me when he was on the way and he was even early. This was an empty rental property so we left him to put the Pergo flooring in and we just dropped in to check on the progress. He even texted us a picture after he finished a large section of the flooring. We just had him let himself in the next day. He showed up on time and texted us when he arrived. He clearly worked very hard because he finished the job in a day and a half and his work looked beautiful. I didn't have a single issue with his work and I would definitely use him again. It must be that only people who have a bad experience post reviews because Tony really did a fabulous job and was professional and friendly. I just wanted to give them the credit they deserve and I hope others look past these reviews and give them a chance also. I'm glad we did.

People tend to only review when they have bad things to say but my experience with having my carpet done by Romanoff through Home Depot was great. Jhonny was my lead installer and he did such a great job. He worked hard to get the job done both quickly and with great quality and was very friendly as well.

Ordered carpet through Home Depot and Romanoff Renovations did the installation. Romanoff was diligent in contacting me with the scheduled installation appointment (2hr window) and the installers were prompt and courteous when they called 30 minutes prior to the appointment window to advise me that I was their first install. Johnny and Gary, the installers, were polite and professional when they arrived and they confirmed at the outset that the product they had in the truck was what I ordered. They were neat and very efficient; kept the workspace neat and left it spotless. Their installation was flawless, no complaints at all. Much thanks to Johnny and Gary for the great service!
