Jim was extremely helpful, but not pushy. They had a large selection at reasonable prices. I love the to right we purchased there.

We had a great experience at Carpet & Rug Superstore. The person assisting us was extremely helpful and the large selection of rugs was also affordable. We will be shopping here again!

Went in there looking for new flooring and the experience was pretty good. The guy clearly knew his business and what he was talking about, and was upfront and honest about pricing and product. Asked for a quote but he wouldn't provide one which I found odd. Not sure if I'll use these guys, but them seem pretty thorough.

Absolutely NO customer service. I walked in and the store attendant was vacuuming. I started to peruse the options and see what was available, assuming he would shut it off and greet me and ask if I needed assistance. Nope. I spent Atleast 5 minutes perusing items, walking past the attendant TWICE, and he didn't so much as even smile at me. Just ignored me. No matter the color of my skin, all money is green. Horrible experience.
